Returns Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your item.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging, including the hard case, cloth, and any tags or documentation that arrived with the product.
- We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy from the date of delivery /collection from our stores on all progressive and bifocal eyeglasses.
Refunds Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
